LINDSEY FLETCHER VICARS
Co-Founder & Artistic Director
Lindsey Fletcher Vicars is a professional dancer, instructor, and coach with a passion for shaping the next generation of dancers. She toured nationally and internationally with the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical An American in Paris and has also performed for Disney and Radio City Music Hall. In addition to her extensive performance career, Lindsey has worked as a judge coordinator for national dance competitions, giving her unique insight into both technical training and the competitive dance industry. As Co-Founder and Artistic Director of The Foundation Dance Complex, she is dedicated to creating a positive and inspiring space where dancers of all levels can grow, thrive, and develop their love for dance.

PHIL VICARS
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Phil Vicars is a highly accomplished professional dancer, choreographer, and event director for national dance competitions. He has performed in venues around the world from Radio City Music Hall in New York to Al Diriyah in Saudi Arabia. He holds a degree in Dance from the University of California, Irvine and has had a career that includes extensive work in both the concert dance and commercial dance worlds, blending classical technique with dynamic stage presence. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Foundation Dance Complex, Phil is committed to creating a space where dancers receive high-quality training, industry insight, and a deep appreciation for the art of dance. His leadership helps shape the studio’s vision, ensuring that every student receives exceptional training in a supportive and empowering environment.

CELENA BYRD JOHNSON
Dance Instructor
Celena Byrd Johnson is an accomplished dancer, instructor, and adjudicator for national dance competitions, bringing years of experience to The Foundation Dance Complex. As the Director of Recreation, she is passionate about making dance fun, accessible, and engaging for dancers of all backgrounds. She specializes in hip hop, tap, jazz, and dance fitness, creating high-energy classes that blend strong technique with creativity and musicality. With a deep love for mentorship and choreography, Celena helps dancers build confidence, develop their skills, and find their own unique style. Her dedication to fostering a welcoming and motivating dance space makes her an essential part of The Foundation Dance Complex team.

LE’JEUNE FLETCHER
Dance Instructor
Le’Jeune Fletcher is a seasoned performer, singer, and dancer with an incredible career spanning over two decades. As a former Ikette and background singer/dancer for Tina Turner, she has graced stages worldwide with legendary performances. Now, she shares her passion for movement through Zumba and senior dance fitness, inspiring students to stay active, have fun, and embrace the joy of dance at any age. With infectious energy and an unwavering love for rhythm, Le’Jeune’s classes are designed to uplift, energize, and bring people together through the power of dance.​​​​​​​

CHETZA BLU
Dance Instructor
Chetza Blu is a professional dancer, model, and captivating performer whose presence commands both stage and screen. Originally from Seattle and now based in Los Angeles, she is trained in hip hop, contemporary, jazz funk, ballet, and tumbling for dancers, and is represented by Bloc Talent Agency. Chetza has worked on live performances, award shows, music videos, and concept shoots with top choreographers, including Tia Rivera, Nika Kljun, and Monika Smith. In addition to her impressive professional career, she has a true gift for connecting with and inspiring our youngest dancers, creating a fun, nurturing space where they can fall in love with dance from the very start. Her ability to inspire advanced dancers, while engaging and delighting our tiniest movers, makes her a truly well-rounded and invaluable part of our team.

MADISON GOODWIN
Dance Instructor
Madison Goodwin grew up training in competitive dance, with a special love for lyrical and tap. She has been teaching for several years and especially adores working with toddlers and young children. Their energy, curiosity, and joy inspire her every day.
Currently a student at the University of California, Irvine, Miss Maddie is known for her bubbly personality, endless patience, and ability to make every dancer feel seen and supported. She loves helping kids discover their passion for dance while building confidence both in and out of the studio.

THERESA RIEDMILLER
Studio Manager
Theresa Riedmiller holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and brings over 15 years of experience in law enforcement and public service. While her professional background is rooted in public service, she has always maintained a deep appreciation for the arts and the valuable life skills dance provides to young people.

As a mother of three and current Co-Adviser of the Quartz Hill High School Dance Team, Theresa finds great joy in supporting dancers both on and off the floor. She is passionate about building confidence, accountability, and teamwork, and is proud to be part of a dance community that empowers students through creativity and discipline.
